We will design and execute a customized janitorial program for your community which includes:

  • Weekly Mechanical/Storage room cleaning
  • Daily cleaning of underground parking levels. Power Wash when required.
  • Spotless exterior with frequent lot pickups throughout the day
  • Exterior power washing to clear pet stains
  • Deep cleaning of garbage chutes
  • Daily elevator treatments of the elevator tracks
  • Regular cleaning of the loading dock, moving room, recycle area and all lobbies
  • Monthly buffing and polishing of hard floor surfaces
  • Carpet spot cleaning
  • Daily deep clean of the amenities
  • Swimming pool, Sauna, and Hot Tub deep clean. Tile and grout cleaning included
  • Weekly electronic audits and inspection submitted to management
